Full terms of business will be given to you when you engage our services.

You will sign a short form production agreement between us.

We will give you a full costing and treatment.

We will provide you with a production and payment schedule.

Payments:

1. We need a deposit on confirmation
2. 2nd payment is due the day before shooting
3. Final payment on completion of edit and sign off

Payments are made by internet banking or BACS or debit card.

You own the advert but we retain the right to use the advert on our website and for promotional purposes.

We will have the required level of public liability insurance.

If you cancel before the day of shoot you will agree to pay cost of kit hire and crew.
